1What subjects and courses does TutorHub offer?
Subjects include maths, English, Chinese, Putonghua, physics, chemistry, biology, economics, geography, history, BAFS and ICT, plus HKDSE, IB, IGCSE, A-Level, IELTS, Cambridge English and phonics. Levels run from kindergarten to tertiary, delivered as home one-to-one, online one-to-one or small groups.
2How long does arranging a tutor take and how is pricing set?
We usually arrange a tutor within 24–48 hours. Pricing depends on tutor background (registered teacher / full-time tutor / undergraduate), home vs online, lessons per week and travel. We share tutor profiles and rate ranges first — the first lesson is booked only after you confirm.
3Which parts of Hong Kong does TutorHub cover?
All 18 districts listed by the Home Affairs Department, including major estates and neighbourhoods on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories. Browse from district to neighbourhood/estate to subject for pricing and lesson notes.
4Can I change tutors if it is not a good fit?
Yes. After the first lesson you can request a change of tutor if the style or pace is not right; we rearrange based on your feedback.
5What tutoring does TutorHub offer?
Maths, English, Chinese, Putonghua, physics, chemistry, biology, economics, geography, history, BAFS and ICT, plus HKDSE, IB, IGCSE, A-Level, IELTS, Cambridge English and phonics — from kindergarten to tertiary across Hong Kong.
6Will lessons start before the rate is agreed?
No. We share tutor credentials and rate ranges first; the first lesson is booked only after you confirm. Tutor or frequency changes also need your approval.
7Do you cover my estate?
All 18 districts and many estates are covered. Browse Tutoring Areas or submit a request with your address noted.
8What about estate visitor registration?
Note management rules when submitting — we arrange visitor passes or QR access in advance so tutors do not waste trips. Online tutoring is also available.
9How do I contact support?

10Which languages does the site support?
Traditional Chinese by default, plus Simplified Chinese and English.
